Why we built ORCaddy
The idea started in the OR, where one thing was impossible to miss: the knowledge reps depend on rarely lives anywhere reliable. It's scribbled into loose notes, buried in text threads, or carried in the head of whoever happened to cover the case last.

FAQ
Does ORCaddy work without a signal in the OR?
Yes. ORCaddy saves your team's surgeons, procedure preferences, notes, and schedule on your phone, so you can pull them up with little or no signal. You control how much is stored from Settings, and clearing it never deletes anything from the cloud.
What can the AI assistant do?
Ask questions like "what does Dr. Patel want for a total knee?" or "what's on my schedule Thursday?" and it answers from your schedule, surgeons, procedure notes, your own notes, and uploaded documents, with links to its sources. It only reads what you already have access to and never changes your data.
Who on my team can see the notes I add?
Procedure preferences and files belong to the team, so every member sees the same version. Your personal notes stay private until you share them with specific teammates or an entire team.
Can I be on more than one team?
Yes. If you cover cases for several groups, join each team with one account. Your dashboard shows cases from all of them, and your surgeon list brings every team's doctors together.
